Cribbed was born from the belief that with the right tools, anyone can sell their home independently, saving on costly commissions while enjoying a more rewarding experience. It removes the barriers that once made DIY-selling difficult. Sellers know their home best but lacked the ability to market it professionally. Buyers, already searching for homes, had no way to access them without an agent. Cribbed bridges this gap by offering the same tools top agents use for luxury properties to everyone. Sellers and buyers connect directly on the platform, benefiting from powerful search features, simple portals, and automated guidance, all while cutting out the unnecessary middlemen and conflicting agendas.
How it works: Cribbed packages include professional photos, floor plans, 360° tour, for sale sign installation, disclosures, contracts, in-home materials (lock box, shoe covers, etc.). Cribbed partners with leading companies like DocuSign, First American Title, Great Schools, photography networks, and more to offer a seamless, end-to-end experience with AI-powered tools and expert service. Our trusted partners—including DocuSign, First American Title, Great Schools, and cutting-edge AI tools—ensure a seamless, end-to-end process.
Founded by Heidi, whose background spans a successful career in marketing and residential real estate, Cribbed is driven by her mission to provide an alternative to the current model of over-paid agents. Defending commissions is becoming more challenging as the curtain is pulled back on the value added by a real estate agent, revealing that many, many people could easily sell their own homes.
It's not rocket science, but the NAR does a good job of keeping sellers in the dark regarding what's really a rather simple process.
